Join us for food and entertainment with silent and live auctions of artwork by members and local artists including Anna Gaskell and James Ellwanger, and wonderful baskets from local businesses! Purchase exclusive “behind-the-scenes” wine classes from Jasper Winery, and cheese classes from The Cheese Shop of Des Moines presented during the event for just $20 per person per class.

MISSION
 
The mission of the Passageway is to provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals with mental illness can find support and have the opportunity to gain or improve work and social skills to enrich their lives.

What is Passageway?

Passageway is an innovative psycho-social rehabilitation program for adults with mental illness, based on the clubhouse model philosophy. Members and staff work together to make the club operate smoothly.
 
The club is divided into various work areas. Each area works consistently to complete the daily work of the Center. The program also provides members and staff with a social community and the opportunity to participate in the Transitional Employment program.
